Hello, I’m Wendy Coyman and I just wanted to give you a little background about myself so you know more about me and why you should potentially use me as your realtor for buying or selling your home.
My background is managing projects as a former Project Director at Prudential. I have both an Accounting Degree and M.B.A. I started my career as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2002 in NJ. As a previous owner of an appraisal company, I have worked with a variety of lenders to help determine the value of homes ranging from $100,000 to over $1,000,000. Once I relocated to Florida in 2005, I obtained my State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Sales licenses and have been helping people buy and sell ever since. Selling real estate has many steps and managing those steps (inspection, appraisal, title) is critical in order for a timely close. I am extremely thorough with my communications to clients as well as the other parties associated with a real estate transaction. With my knowledge as a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I help educate my clients understand the current market conditions and the financing process whether they are buying or selling. All of my listings have appraised for their selling price!
My children have gone to several schools around the area, therefore have an extensive knowledge of the school systems in the surrounding towns. Florida is also home to many retirement communities and a vast amount of my clients are post retirees- many coming from my home state of NJ! I live in Boynton Beach specifically the Canyon Lakes community. I have worked with GL Homes/Sales Representatives and have extensive knowledge of the Canyon market. I can explain the different sections from “zero-lot” to “non-zero-lot”. I will ensure your buying expertise is pleasurable no matter where you decide to live. From Boca Raton to West Palm Beach, I can help with all your real estate needs!
